Diese Website dreht sich nur um Sie! Ihnen dabei zu helfen, ihr volles Potential auszuschöpfen, ist meine Berufung. Wenn Sie in Ihrem Leben nicht an dem Ort sind, den Sie sich wünschen; oder Sie haben meine Facebook und Twitter-Profile besucht und sind zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass das bestimmte "Etwas" in Ihrem Leben fehlt, dann lesen Sie weiter.
Aber bleiben wir erst einmal positiv. In meiner ersten Einführungs-Sitzung mit meinen neuen Klienten frage ich immer zuerst: Was wünschen SIE sich wirklich? Normaler Weise erzählen diese mir dann was sie nicht wollen; oder was ihr Partner will; was ihre Eltern für sie wollten; ihre Verpflichtungen, etc. etc. Am Schluss kommen wir dann zum wahren Kern der Sache. Für einige ist es der Kindheitstraum, den sie sich nie erfüllten. Für andere ist es das Buch, das sie schreiben möchten, oder der Traum, den sie ausleben wollen. Wenn mich also jemand fragt, was dieses Life Coaching-Sache eigentlich ist, die ich da mache, ist meine Antwort immer: Es geht um Sie und das, was Sie wollen.
Also ... Sie wissen was jetzt kommt, stimmt 's? Was wünschen Sie sich? Wenn Sie denken, Sie wissen es, dann geben Sie mir ein Stichwort und wir diskutieren das. Ich beschäftige mich mit Coaching und beratenden Tätigkeiten seit ich hier in Deutschland vor fast 20 Jahren angekommen bin. Es gibt kaum etwas, dass ich nicht schon gehört hätte. Ich habe meinen eigenen Stil beim Coaching - aufbauend auf dem kreativ/spirituellen Prozess. Ich verwende meinen typisch englischen Humor um die alten Verhaltensmuster zu durchbrechen, auf denen meine Klienten verharren. Sie wissen schon… die Geschichte an der Sie schon Ihr ganzes Leben arbeiten.
Ich sehe es als meinen Lebenssinn, andere zu unterstützen, die bereit sind sich selbst zu helfen. Wenn Sie bereit sind die alte Geschichte zu ändern und Ihr Leben weiter zu entwickeln, dann lassen Sie uns eine Verabredung ausmachen, damit wir uns in einem Gespräch kennen lernen können. Zuerst beginnen wir mit einem lockeren Gespräch, üblicher Weise per Telefon. Wir werden zusammen herausfinden an welchem Bereich ihres Lebens Sie arbeiten wollen. Und dann entscheiden wir, welches Ziel Sie, mit meiner Unterstützung, angehen werden.
Es ist wichtig, dass wir beide genau wissen, was wir voneinander erwarten können. Die Anzahl an Sessions, ihre Länge und die anfallenden Kosten sind alles Punkte, die geklärt werden, bevor ich Sie als Klienten aufnehme. Wenn ich fühle, dass ich Ihnen nicht helfen kann, werde ich Ihnen andere Dienste empfehlen, die besser im Einklang sind mit Ihren momentanen Bedürfnissen sind. Meine Klienten, die mit denen ich über längere Zeit arbeite, haben eine besondere Bedeutung für mich. Ich betrachte sie als einen erweiterten Teil meiner Familie.
Es ist sehr, sehr wichtig zu betonen, dass ich nicht jeden Menschen aufnehme. Manchmal komme ich zu dem Schluss, dass Menschen nicht willens sind, sich zu ändern oder das die Zeit noch nicht reif ist für einen Wandel. Es wäre dann nicht fair für beide Seiten weiterzumachen. Die Sessions können sehr intensiv sein und ich gehe mit der Erwartung an die Arbeit, dass die Aufgabe bewältigt sein sollte, wenn die abgesprochene Zeit ausläuft.
Ich bin sehr stolz darauf, bei meiner Hilfe für andere eine 100%-Erfolgsquote vorweisen zu können.
